Lead Estimation & Proposals Engineer Technomak Energy International FZC

• Work closely with Manager to understand the details scope of work

• Prepare SWOT analysis at EOI or ITB/RFQ stage, as applicable, ensuring compliance to Bid –No Bid and costing strategies.

• Preparation and compilation of detailed proposals, assuming responsibility for risk assessment, cost preparation, time management, securing input on technical solutions and deliverables, including planning, HSE and Quality submissions, in compliance with ITB/RFQ.

• Implement and adhere to the necessary bid procedures, governance and processes

• Attending site visit / bid and clarification meeting

• Provide technical writing, editing, and proof-reading of all proposals (technical deliverables, execution plan, schedule, etc).

• Preparing Techno-Commercial Tender document

• Preparing Technical Clarifications and submitting to client

• Updating market prices frequently

• Maintaining good relationship with sub-contractor and suppliers

• Evaluating Technical and commercial qualification of sub-contractor and suppliers.

• Obtaining Prime cost of entire project based on given input

• Conduct technical presentation of project execution plans, attend and resolve queries

• Preparing and submitting the Quotations / Bids/ Proposal in entirety.

• Manages and tracks proposal progress, including post-submittal follow-up with clients

• Schedule periodic bid reviews in line with the bid process, and obtain the necessary signoffs

• Post Award - Preparing and submitting project budget
