Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies across social media platforms, including targeted advertising and content promotion, to drive qualified leads.
- Manage and optimize social media campaigns, A/B testing ad creatives and copy to maximize ROI and achieve specific lead generation goals.
- Create engaging and shareable content (e.g., blog posts, infographics, videos) tailored to attract and nurture leads across various social media channels.
- Monitor social media conversations, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and adapt lead generation tactics accordingly.
- Build and manage social media communities, responding to inquiries, fostering engagement, and cultivating relationships with potential customers.
- Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to track lead generation performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives and ensure lead qualification.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and tailor social media content and campaigns accordingly.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, conversion rates, and cost per lead, providing data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and lead generation best practices to continuously improve performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and their advertising platforms.
- Exhibits a solid understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
- Displays strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Exhibits a creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative lead generation strategies.
- Possesses strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach to lead generation and social media marketing.
- Familiar with SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
