Job description
We re hiring for one of the UAE s most exciting AI startups backed by top-tier investors and building products that are genuinely pushing boundaries in the AI space.
They re looking for both a Lead Product Designer to help take their design culture to the next level.

What they re looking for:

End-to-end product design experience from discovery to delivery

Background in AI-driven or complex/enterprise-grade products

Time spent in both high-growth startups and large tech environments.
As the Lead PD, you will: Lead a small (and growing) team of 3 designers, working closely with PMs and engineers to craft AI-powered products used at scale.
They re after someone with strong mentorship and leadership skills, and a passion for raising the design bar.
