Lead Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer lending solutions from concept to launch and continuous optimization.
• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives, regulatory framework, and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, risk, and operations teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Partner with banks, fintech partners, and technology vendors to integrate and enhance lending capabilities (e.g., FintechOS, Camunda, M2P, AECB, etc.).
• Develop customer-centric features to improve acquisition, credit approval speed, repayment flexibility, and digital experience.
• Ensure all product features comply with CBUAE and AECB regulations, data protection, and internal governance standards.
• Monitor performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to drive product improvements and innovation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers or analysts to scale lending initiatives.

strong>Key /strong> strong>Requirements/strong> /p>

• strong>10+ years/strong> of product management experience in strong>consumer lending or digital credit/strong>.
• Strong background in strong>banking or regulated financial institutions/strong>, combined with exposure to strong>BNPL/SNPL, Easy Cash, or instant loan/strong> fintech products.
• Proven success in strong>launching and scaling lending or instalment products/strong> in digital ecosystems (mobile/web).
• Solid understanding of strong>credit lifecycle management, risk assessment, loan origination, and collections processes/strong>.
• Experience working with strong>credit bureaus, loan management systems, and decision engines/strong>.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to drive discussions with strong>tech, compliance, risk, and business teams/strong>.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use strong>data and user insights/strong> for decision-making.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence cross-functional teams.
