Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Results oriented relentless drive to exceed targets and deliver superior performance
- Exceed student qualification and enrollment targets consistently
- Collaboration and teamwork – evidence of working effortlessly with diverse functions
- Ability to conduct research and gather information
- Familiarity with google sheets, Excel, CRM software and lead management tools
- Understanding of qualification process and how nurture students starting from grade 8-9 onward
- Data analysis and reporting skills to build solid students’ pipeline
Desired Candidate Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred, demonstrating a foundation for professional development.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field, showcasing practical application of skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding lead qualification targets, highlighting a history of success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration.
- Persistent and results-oriented with a strong work ethic, driving consistent performance.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
