Responsibilities

• Liaise with international teams and clients to ensure clear communication and project success.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet client expectations.
• Resolve any on-site issues in real-time, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related engineering discipline is required.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in offshore structural engineering projects.
• Proficiency in using structural analysis software and CAD programs is essential.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an ability to present technical information clearly.
