We re looking for a Lead Technician for Jebel Ali, rresponsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of technicians in the refurbishment, repair & maintenance of Aggreko equipment. Ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently and effectively.

- Ensure the completion of repairs and refurbs on time, to standard and within agreed budgets for both specific repairs and overall department budgets.
- Ensure adherence to safety practices and quality standards.
- Support the manager in the allocation of resources to meet contractual requirements, including job planning and adherance to hours taken on each job.
- Responsible for testing and analysing equipment upon arrival and before final completions; and final inspection of equipment after repair and prior to release to fleet.
- Plan the workload to maximise utilisation of the section.
- Ensure all plant tooling, lifting and measuring equipment is used within the field operation is maintained, calibrated and inspected according to the appropriate procedures.
- Adhere to safety practices and quality standards.
- Leading, guiding & supporting a team of technicians
- Continuous Improvement
- Conducting quality control checks
- Managing the schedules and workloads of their team members
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure proper coordination of work activities and timely completion of tasks.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to technicians to improve their skills and performance.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations
