Communicating with the Production Manager to define work strategies and objectives.

• Estimating costs and preparing budgets for the production process.
• Organizing workflow according to specifications and overseeing delivery schedules.
• Monitoring production and resolving process-related issues.
• Supervising production, quality control, and departmental staff.
• Identifying necessary resources such as labor, raw materials, and equipment.
• Coordinating with the Maintenance Department for breakdowns and routine maintenance.
• Ensuring products meet quality standards and compliance.
• Implementing occupational health and safety precautions.
• Preparing and submitting periodic reports to the Factory Head.

Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 7 years of practical experience in plastic injection molding and semi-finished components.
• Strong knowledge of production management and departmental operating procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software.
• Experience in preparing production metric reports.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
