As a Leadership Specialist, you will work with a sm
all multinational team of internal consultants, par
tnering with Executive
leaders and line managers as well as consultants an
d business school faculty to establish a world clas
s Centre of
Excellence and implement the new QP Leadership Fram
ework. This is a new team and the environment is a
start up.
You will be responsible for a priority leader segme
nt or leader level, as well as for project teams, a
nd will build critical
leadership and management capabilities for that lev
el, developing high potential leaders for their nex
t role. You will also
work with consultants and faculty at top business s
chools to design and deliver the curriculum. You wi
ll work with your tema
and colleagues to shape organization development an
d change activities, ensuring that leaders have the
structures,
systems and support they need to manage QPs talent
and business requirements. You will coach and encou
rage line
managers to enact a more agile, high performance or
ganization.

You are an experienced, astute and dynamic leadersh

You have a minimum of 15 years experience contribut
ing to, designing and/or leading progressive Execut
ive Development,
Talent Management and organizational change initiat
ives, either as an internal or an external consulta
nt. You have worked
in several different types of organization, includi
ng multinationals, and preferably in different coun
tries. Experience working
across cultures and sectors as well as with multina
tional and multigenerational teams has given you a
deep and pragmatic
understanding of system dynamics and leveraging div
ersity as a strength. You have an appreciation of t
he nuances of GCC
business cultures and challenges facing rapidly dev
eloping nations.
Project management skills suited to complex environ
ments, excellent learning design and facilitation c
apability and
outstanding written and spoken English are basic re
quirements for membership of this team.
Board and Management level experience and finely tu
ned consulting and coaching skills will put you at
a distinct
advantage.
Education
You have made a commitment to your own professional
development over your career, adding highly releva
nt qualifications
and certifications to better meet client needs and
memberships of professional associations. We expect
you to have an
undergraduate degree and preferably a specialized p
ostgraduate degree in a relevant field, which inclu
des a focus on
consulting to organization and group dynamics and d
eveloping leaders. Certifications will include coac
hing, group
facilitation and profiling tools or psychometrics.
