Professionals at this level are responsible for providing professional support pertaining to Leadership Development in order to ensure business continuity. Also, they are responsible for supporting on operational work processes to minimise business and people risks.
Advise programme principle on the program management of all Academy leadership programmes
Work closely with programme principle to develop processes which ensure and map seamless logistics and participant experience
Assist programme principle to set high standards of program management appropriate for senior audiences
Work closely with programme principle and team to ensure participants experience the Academy at its best
Develop network of partners in other countries to facilitate program delivery as required
Understand and contribute to Academy programme design in order to fully streamline all logistics
Responsible to instill high standards, common processes and effective governance
Work closely with vendors to ensure the highest quality programme management
Work closely with Operational Support Director to ensure high quality and timely programme communications
Assist programme principle to prepare budget of leadership programmes
Develop and maintain a proper documentation mechanism in alignment with Programmes Principle
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is preferred
Professional certificate in Talent Management, L&D and Leadership Development.
A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in human capital, learning and leadership development area.
