Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and assess training needs across departments
- Design and deliver learning programs, including e-learning and workshops
- Lead onboarding and induction initiatives for new joiners and managers
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
- Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver high-quality learning solutions
- Manage training schedules, budgets, and reporting
 
 
 
Desired Candidate Profile
- UAE National with Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools
- Experience in designing and evaluating training programs across various formats
