Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and assess training needs across departments
  • Design and deliver learning programs, including e-learning and workshops
  • Lead onboarding and induction initiatives for new joiners and managers
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to deliver high-quality learning solutions
  • Manage training schedules, budgets, and reporting



Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE National with Family Book
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools
  • Experience in designing and evaluating training programs across various formats
