As Learning and Development Specialist you will focus on planning and executing activities around identifying the relevant skills required across the organisation, building associated capability and relevant training programmes which ensure existing skills are retained and new skills are introduced within market as required. You will support the business to identify behavioural and functional learning needs, conduct skills gap analysis, provide learning solutions accordingly (online, virtual, classroom and blended), and ensure that the business learning drives a high performance culture to support the delivery of the overall corporate strategy.
Apply if you have:
Bachelor or post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
4+ years' of learning & development experience, including training facilitation in a multinational environment
Willingness to experiment with new technologies, manage human/machine interaction, mitigate digital security risk and innovation with an eye for ethics
Instructional ability to create and curate learning content that is engaging, relevant and with high impact
Ability to understand factors that influence business results and employee performance to bridge the gap between the two
Ability evaluate skills that impact role and the organisation to provide relevant learning solutions
Capability to understand how people learn to engage and deliver personalised learning via available channels/platforms
Telecommunication industry experience advantageous
Arabic speaking advantageous
