Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service
Conduct training programs including but not limited to
Hotel Orientation
Train the Trainer
Supervisory Skills Program
Soft Skills modules
Heartist and other Brand related colleague trainings.
Develop training content and conduct training courses for colleagues and supervisors.
Manage cross training across the hotel.
Conduct regular review of Colleague’s PMP, PDI and Development plans and provide feedback to the leaders on timelines and quality of submission.
Maintains and updates Communication channels on a regular basis.
Maintains training records by ensuring all trackers are up to date.
Handles all the administrative duties for the Learning & Development function; such as communicating the training calendar, organizing training venues, monitoring attendance and feedback
Compiles all L&D reports on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Ensures that the hotel grooming policy is communicated and adhered to.
Lead the Heartist Committee and spearhead employee recognition activities.
Lead the Internship program of the hotel.
Assists and support colleague activities and events throughout the year.
Assists with other Human Resources administration function.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Learning and Development is an advantage.
1-2 years Hotel experience in an administrative function is required.
