Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities -

  • Lead the integration of L&D initiatives with organizational strategy and talent development frameworks, including succession planning and leadership development programs
  • Overseeing the complete L&D lifecycle, including training needs analysis, program design and delivery, vendor management, evaluation, and reporting to measure effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with leadership and HR teams to identify capability gaps, design interventions, and support long-term talent development

Qualifications & Experience -

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a senior specialist or equivalent role.
  • Proven expertise in aligning L&D programs with business goals and talent strategies.
  • Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred.
