Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead the integration of L&D initiatives with organizational strategy and talent development frameworks, including succession planning and leadership development programs
- Overseeing the complete L&D lifecycle, including training needs analysis, program design and delivery, vendor management, evaluation, and reporting to measure effectiveness.
- Collaborating with leadership and HR teams to identify capability gaps, design interventions, and support long-term talent development
Qualifications & Experience -
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a senior specialist or equivalent role.
- Proven expertise in aligning L&D programs with business goals and talent strategies.
- Professional certification in Human Resources is preferred.
