Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Aware about real estate market ,regulations and law in Abu Dhabi.

  • Manage and oversee the leasing activities for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

  • Prepare regular reports on leasing performance and financial results.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with existing tenants to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.

  • Marketing and Promotion

  • Monitor rent collection and arrears, taking appropriate actions to address any issues.

  • Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, ensuring properties are ready for new tenants and conducting inspections as needed.

  • Keep detailed records of all tenant interactions, lease agreements, and financial transactions.



Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.

  2. 5 years of experience in real estate leasing.

  3. Strong understanding of UAE real estate market especially in Abu Dhabi City.

  4. Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools

  5. Candidates with additional experience in marketing (preferably).
