Job purpose:
Support the Leasing department with all leasing activities and initiatives including leasing and pre-leasing and review of lease applications, prepare lease paperwork, prepare lease contracts for the different projects undertaken to ensure effective and smooth functioning of operations in line with the departmental objectives

Key Accountabilities
• To comply with Global Village Vision & Mission.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Provide support in preparing lease offers and carry out required paperwork to assure that all lease transactions are complied with regulatory and legal requirements and sent to the investors on time for a smooth leasing process to ensure maximum investors satisfaction.
• Track new leases offers and existing leases and notify the necessary departments of any changes before they occur, ensuring changes are appropriately documented.
• Facilitate Investors interactions with other concerned department within global village and guide them through the process of coordination.
• Report and document all related issues of the assigned leasing categories and meet deadlines of closing contracts and deals, in order to ensure the department objectives achievement.
• Attend to all leasing enquiries, negotiate and review lease offers with current and prospective investors to provide with effective and accurate communication.
• Liaise and maintain relationships with key, premier clients and be the core contact on all negotiations and analysis on proposed new tenants.
• Carry out screening of lease applications, conduct site visits to the property, present the project to clients and preparing lease documents in order to ensure a smooth leasing process for achievement of leasing target and maximum client satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients after signing the contract and assure the agreed deliverables as per as the agreed standards in order to manage the account effectively.
• Conduct background checks; verify records to ensure all documentation is accurate and adequate before processing the lease offer.
• Offer Post Leasing Support for tenants and liaison with or other departments in order to avoid the delay of opening.
• Update the Leasing system accurately and timely to ensure all leasing data is entered in the system for easy retrieval and record purposes.
• Develop the investor database with the leasing team and manage and update database of tenants to ensure that an accurate database is maintained for all occupancy details of the property.
• Study and analyze the market in order to provide support to the Section Head to identify new opportunities in the market and effectively communicate with the prospective clients to convert it into revenue generating leasing deal.
• Provide the Leasing Reports on regular basis for Management information and review

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge
Education/ Qualifications
Experience
• Graduate in Business Management or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
• Knowledge of MS office
• Training in Leasing, Commercial Aspects and Retail Business Management would be advantageous.
• About 2-3 years of relevant and demonstrated experience in leasing in shopping centers / large malls / theme parks independently.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to organize effectively
• Attention to detail
