Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex legal documents and identify potential risks and liabilities within contracts, providing strategic advice to mitigate exposure.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement robust contract management processes and policies to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential business partners and transactions, assessing legal and financial implications.

    • Strong expertise in commercial contract review and drafting.

    • Ability to identify hidden contractual risks and propose effective mitigation measures.

    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

    • Commercially minded with a practical business approach.

    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

    • Ability to balance legal protection with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial contract management, legal advisory, risk assessment, or contract negotiation.

  • Demonstrated experience in reviewing complex contracts and providing risk-based recommendations.

  • Experience supporting procurement, sales, operations, consulting, manufacturing, distribution, or corporate business functions is preferred.
