Review and draw contracts, agreements and other legal documents between the company and any other entity in the proper legal form and within the applied laws.
• Represent the company in legal matters
• Handel private cases of top management
• Keep updated with all the legal laws and apply them in the given situations to ensure compliance with corporate Laws.
• Perform any other job- related tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s Degree in Law
• Experience in corporate laws and regulations
• Experience in contract drafting and negotiation.
• Experience in Egyptian labor law
• Experience in Civil cases
• Ability to identify key issues and present advice and decisions
• Excellent judgment and ability to anticipate legal issues or risks.
• Analytical, methodical and pro-active approach to problem solving.
• High skills in English written and spoken.
