Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct Legal Assistant and Customer support using the provided data

  • Successfully meet client targets, preferably over the phone

  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Ability to communicate well with people from different backgrounds, including Indians and other Nationalities, both men and women.

  • Be skilled in negotiation and client interactions

  • Display persistence and a results-oriented approach

  • Show patience and the ability to handle customer queries

  • Support the Marketing and Legal Teams

Desired Candidate Profile

  • The employee must speak English Language.

  • The employee must speak one of the following languages (Hindi, Persian, Russian, Spanish).

  • His chances increase if he speaks one or more of these languages. Persian, English and Russian.

  • Qualification: High School, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience: Minimum 2 months experience in the UAE

  • Candidate for Leading Law Firm in Dubai Position: Legal Assistant and Customer Support Compensation: Salary + Bonus + Commission (average of 5000 AED) Work Schedule: 5 days per week, 48 hours total, with weekends off (Saturday and Sunday)
