Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide expert legal consultation on complex and high-value matters across assigned practice areas. • Advise clients on legal strategies, risk assessments, and compliance with UAE laws and ADGM regulations. • Draft, review, and refine high-level legal documents, contracts, opinions, and memoranda. • Represent the firm and clients in meetings, negotiations, and relevant external interactions. • Support internal teams by offering legal guidance and strategic input on ongoing cases. • Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on major litigation or corporate matters. • Contribute to internal knowledge development and legal research initiatives. • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and participate in business development activities. • Ensure all work aligns with the firm’s standards of professionalism, accuracy, and legal compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree or relevant legal certifications are preferred. • Minimum 10+ years of legal experience, preferably within reputable UAE law firms or legal institutions. • Strong expertise in one or more practice areas: o Litigation & Dispute Resolution o Corporate & Commercial o Arbitration o Banking & Finance o Regulatory & Compliance o Employment Law o Construction & Real Estate • • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory (spoken and written). • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to provide strategic legal opinions. • Proven ability to work independently on complex matters and support legal teams when required. • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. • Strong client-management abilities and a polished, professional demeanor. • Deep understanding of UAE Federal laws, local court procedures, and ADGM or DIFC regulations. • Must be currently based in the UAE and able to commute to ADGM and Dubai offices as needed.
