Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, MOUs, and legal documents.

  • Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, employment, and operational matters.

  • Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Handle legal matters related to real estate, hospitality, and education operations.

  • Coordinate with external legal counsel, government authorities, and regulatory bodies.

  • Assess legal risks and recommend practical business solutions.

  • Support dispute resolution and litigation management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Arabic nationality is mandatory.

  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s Degree is an advantage).

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience in the UAE.

  • Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.

  • Experience in diversified business groups is preferred.

  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
