Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards and protect the company’s interests.
- Provide timely legal advice on corporate governance, compliance issues, and regulatory matters affecting the organization.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support internal investigations and inform strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify legal risks and develop proactive solutions tailored to the business needs.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, ensuring optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Provide legal counsel on commercial, regulatory, corporate governance, and employment matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including contracts, NDAs, and service agreements.
- Identify legal risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
- Support litigation and dispute resolution activities, including coordination with external counsel.
- Ensure compliance with UAE laws and financial regulatory frameworks.
- Assist with regulatory filings and liaison with government authorities.
- Maintain legal records, statutory registers, and ensure adherence to governance standards.
- Advise on data privacy, intellectual property, and licensing issues.
- Mentor junior legal staff and contribute to continuous legal knowledge within the organization.
