Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies, ensuring accuracy and legal compliance.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support legal strategies, providing insightful recommendations and risk assessments.
- Manage and maintain legal files, records, and databases, ensuring confidentiality and efficient information retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation and management of litigation, including gathering evidence, preparing briefs, and coordinating with external counsel.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, providing a strong legal foundation.
Holds relevant legal qualifications or certifications, demonstrating a commitment to professional development.
