Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Legal Expert based in the UAE, you will provide specialized legal advice and support to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations. You will work closely with various departments to mitigate legal risks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide legal advice on various matters including contracts, compliance, and regulatory issues.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal compliance in all operations.
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management.
