Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all legal matters, providing expert counsel on complex business transactions and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across all business verticals.
- Manage and mentor the legal team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment focused on continuous professional development.
- Negotiate and draft critical contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring favorable terms and protecting the company's interests.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Identify and manage legal risks and develop and deploy effective legal risk management strategies and controls.
- Preferred Certified “Legal Professional” (CLP) is preferred.
- Lead the provision of legal advice to management and staff in all areas.
- Develop and implement legal strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
