Job Title: PRO / Legal Researcher Location: Dubai, UAE Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Researcher to join our legal consultancy firm in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist our legal team by conducting in-depth legal research, analyzing laws and regulations, and preparing accurate reports to support ongoing cases and advisory services. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive legal research on UAE laws, regulations, and court precedents. Analyze and interpret statutes, legal articles, and case law. Draft memoranda, reports, and summaries for the legal team’s review. Assist lawyers in preparing legal opinions, contracts, and documents. Monitor updates and amendments to UAE laws relevant to the firm’s practice. Provide administrative and research support to ensure timely case management. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent). Holding a valid Law Certificate. Minimum 1 year of legal research or related experience in Dubai. Strong knowledge of UAE laws and legal system. Excellent legal writing and drafting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Proficient in legal research tools, MS Office, and online legal databases. Compensation: Salary will be discussed upon interview and will be based on qualifications and experience.
