This position will support fee earners with efficient daily secretarial and PA tasks. Providing well organised and proactive diary and travel management, anticipating the needs of the team. Organising of meetings, conferences and all associated logistics. Ensuring required documentation is prepared and ready for meetings. Creating and amending documents, correspondence and e-mails, track changing on documents, document amendment in to correct house styles, copy typing and audio typing, ensuring deadlines are met at all times. Maintaining electronic and manual filing systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. All other general administration including; dealing with telephone queries, expenses, reacting to last minute changes in the diary and dealing with client requests. Supporting fee earners with marketing and business development related activities when required and keeping client list up to date.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, preferably from a reputable law firm, solicitors or in-house legal team. A minimum of 3-5 years secretarial experience specifically legal industry. Highly competent in MS Office software. Fast and accurate copy and audio typing skills. A fluent level of spoken and written English is essential. Highly professional individual, with excellent communication skills, able to work well in a team environment.
