A fantastic opportunity has become available with a top tier law firm based in Saudi Arabia. Gulf Connexions has been mandated to assist them in recruiting a Legal Secretary to join their growing Construction team. Our client is seeking an ambitious and driven individual with proven secretarial and administrative skills. The successful candidate will be supporting a partner who handles major clients in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the partners and other senior lawyers with their dairy management.
Screening, prioritizing and dealing with incoming calls, email and post.
Management and coordination of the lawyers emails.
Travel and financial management.
Document production and correspondence management.
Client relationship management.
Photocopying/Printing/Scanning among other administrative duties.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience working within a legal environment preferably within the construction team.
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good client manner and telephone etiquette
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Experience with database management
IT literate.
