Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze and interpret Arabic legal documents, including insurance policies, contracts, and claims, to assess validity and coverage.
Investigate insurance claims involving Arabic-speaking clients, gathering evidence and interviewing parties to determine liability and damages.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance on insurance-related matters to clients and colleagues, ensuring compliance with local laws.
Represent the insurance company in legal proceedings, negotiations, and mediations involving Arabic-speaking individuals or entities.
Train and mentor junior staff on Arabic legal and insurance matters, sharing expertise and best practices.
Prepare reports and presentations on legal issues and claims trends for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Draft and review legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, in Arabic and English, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Law (Master’s preferred).
4–6 years of experience in insurance/legal roles.
Strong knowledge of UAE Civil Transactions, Commercial, Civil Procedure & Evidence Laws.
Expertise in insurance calculations and dispute analysis.
Arabic fluency is mandatory; English is an advantage.
UAE experience highly preferred (especially for candidates outside UAE).
