Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Craft travel itineraries
Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Book accommodations, and activities: Efficiently handle all aspects of travel bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail to minimize errors and maximize client satisfaction.
Negotiate with vendors: Secure the best possible rates and added value for clients by negotiating with hotels, tour operators, and other travel providers.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent is required, a degree in tourism or hospitality is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on leisure travel.
Experience in leisure travel is desirable.
