Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and troubleshoot existing enterprise-level Lenel Access Control Systems (ACS).
Analyze and attend callouts, prepare reports, and provide timely solutions.
Lead maintenance and project teams for ACS implementation and support.
Prepare system health checks, enhancement reports, and upgrade plans.
Provide customer support, reporting, and attend client meetings.
Lead system integration team and ensure smooth reporting.
