Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise the pool area and ensure all guests adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Monitor and ensure the safety of swimmers, guests, and children at all times.
Provide immediate first aid and CPR assistance in the event of an emergency.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
Perform regular water safety checks, including pool cleanliness, water temperature, and chemical levels.
Assist guests with any pool-related needs, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
Maintain and inspect lifesaving equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition at all times.
Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or guest concerns to management.
Maintain clear communication with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Attend regular training sessions to keep current with life-saving techniques and safety protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a Lifeguard in a hotel, resort, or similar environment is preferred.
Valid Lifeguard Certification, CPR, and First Aid certification.
Strong swimming skills, keen attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain composure in emergency situations.
