Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We're seeking a certified female lifeguard to join our pool team. You'll ensure guest safety, respond to emergencies, and promote water safety.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor pool areas, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies
-Perform rescues and provide first aid/CPR as needed
-Conduct pool checks and maintain pool cleanliness
-Provide excellent guest service and promote pool activities
-Participate in safety drills and training sessions
Desired Candidate Profile
-Lifeguard certification (e.g., Red Cross, Pool Lifeguard)
-CPR/First Aid certification
-Ability to work independently and respond quickly in emergencies
-Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with guests
-Swim test required (details can be provided)
