Roles & Responsibilities

Your Role
As a Lifestyle Specialist, you will serve as a trusted partner to elite clients, curating bespoke, memorable experiences with discretion and elegance

Key Responsibilities:
Curate seamless, end-to-end luxury experiences: transport, yachts, hotels, fine dining, events, and exclusive activities
Welcome and engage VIP clients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
Anticipate guest preferences and exceed expectations proactively
Handle last-minute and high-pressure requests with composure
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium vendors and partners
Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion at all times
Represent the brand with impeccable grooming and luxury service etiquette/p>

Who We re Looking For
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong luxury service background
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
Fluent in English + an additional European, Balkan, CIS, or Afrikaans language
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Must be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews in Abu Dhabi/p>

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 years experience in a 5-star luxury hotel, aviation, or high-end concierge environment in the UAE
Previous roles may include Hostess, Personal Concierge, Front Office Agent, Guest Relations Executive, Cabin Crew, or VIP Lounge Agent
