Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Safely operate light-duty vehicles to transport goods and individuals, adhering to all traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules while reporting any vehicle issues promptly.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently, ensuring items are secured and protected from damage during transit.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent, ensuring foundational education for understanding driving and safety regulations.
- Valid light-duty driver’s license with a clean driving record, demonstrating reliability and responsibility in vehicle operation.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant driving experience in a similar role, showcasing familiarity with logistics and delivery operations.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring compliance and safety on the road.
