Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Transportation:

• Operate light vehicles to transport staff, materials, and documents to required locations.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery according to schedule and company requirements.
• Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and report any issues promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the assigned vehicle at all times.

Forklift Operations:

• Operate forklift equipment to load, unload, move, and stack materials within warehouse or loading areas.
• Ensure safe and efficient handling of goods according to warehouse procedures.
• Conduct daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical or safety concerns.

Warehouse & Material Handling:

• Assist with general warehouse duties such as organizing inventory, moving materials, and supporting logistics operations.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and orderly work environment.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements, fuel usage, and trip reports.
• Record forklift operations and assist with inventory documentation when required.
• Report any incidents, delays, or operational issues to the supervisor.

Skills:

• Safe driving and forklift operation skills.
• Basic mechanical awareness for minor vehicle checks.
• Time management and route planning.
• Attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid Light Vehicle Driving License.
• Valid Forklift Operator License is a plus
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in driving and forklift operation (industry-specific experience preferred).
• Knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic regulations.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting or moving materials when required.
• Well-versed in UAE roadways, traffic regulations, and key routes.
