Roles & Responsibilities
Live-In Female Nurse (Philippine National) – Elderly Care
Responsibilities
- Provide full-time care and support to an elderly family member.
- Administer prescribed medications and injections accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, sugar levels, pulse, temperature, etc.).
- Assist with daily physiotherapy exercises and mobility support.
- Provide first aid and basic CPR in case of emergencies.
- Maintain a proper schedule and ensure compliance with doctor’s instructions.
- Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
- Support with meals (serving food, ensuring dietary restrictions are followed).
- Keep medical supplies and equipment organized and updated.
- Coordinate with doctors, clinics, or hospitals for appointments and follow-ups.
- Maintain a calm, compassionate, and patient-centric approach at all times.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the elderly.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification (with valid DHA/MOH license preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in elderly care.
- Skilled in administering injections, first aid, and basic CPR.
- Knowledge of physiotherapy assistance and exercises for seniors.
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).
- Patient compassionate, and trustworthy personality.
- Willingness to live-in with the family.
