Roles & Responsibilities
Engage the audience with dynamic product demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits to drive immediate sales conversions. Address customer queries in real-time, keeping viewers hooked. Manage the live chat, promptly responding to questions, comments, and concerns to foster a positive and interactive shopping experience. Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless broadcast quality, including lighting, sound, and visual presentation. Follow up with customers with their purchase and handle end to end process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired Candidate Profile Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus to showcase education. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, marketing, or broadcasting, demonstrating industry experience. Demonstrates fluency in English, with excellent verbal communication skills. Proficient in using social media platforms for live streaming and audience engagement, showcasing technical skills.
