"Qualifications and Key Requirements:
• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field
• Business School degree or MBA is desirable
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience within competitive therapeutic field (oncology/ hematology experience is preferred)
• Experience in effectively direct management and development of a specialized team of professionals and ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Mastery of core marketing principles and experience of developing and implementing innovative strategic and tactical marketing plans that led to breakthrough business results
• Demonstrated track record of success in launching and commercializing highly visible strategic product(s) with high integrity while focusing on execution
• Mastery of products, diseases and competitors across the full range of the therapeutic areas
• Broad and in-depth understanding of local issues relative to the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare environment and competitive forces
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results that meet high quality requirements with tight deadlines
• Exceptional candor in communicating and presenting to senior management with the ability to influence decisions
• Effective strong presentation skills with the ability to create energy and excitement
• Demonstrated strong ability to act as change catalyst, adjusts and effectively responds to changing environments
• Demonstrated ability and desire to continuously drive process improvements and streamline activities and use of change management strategies/tactics to influence new ways of thinking and working
• Proven history of seeking out new information and learning quickly ability to absorb new concepts, analyze data and ask insightful questions to make effective decisions-experiments
• Ability to flex across different types of cultures, complexities, business situations and matrix partners and demonstrated ability to successfully and effectively build and maintain strong relationships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge and deep understanding of pricing & reimbursement, outcomes research, regulatory affairs, payor management
• Strong project management, analytical and forecasting skills
• Broad understanding of the components of Business (P&L, Supply Chain, etc.)
• Mastery of financial principles and how to manage budgets, control expenses and manage product performance
• Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic"
