LLM Engineer

Client of NXS Tech Ltd

We re looking for an experienced LLM Engineer to design, train, fine-tune, and deploy Large Language Models for real-world, production use with a strong focus on LLM pipelines, alignment, and deployment at scale.

What you ll do

• Build and deploy end-to-end LLM pipelines (data training inference monitoring)
• Fine-tune and align LLMs using techniques like LoRA/QLoRA, RLHF, PPO, DPO
• Optimize LLM inference and deployment using vLLM and distributed training methods
• Work closely with product and engineering teams on LLM-powered applications (incl. voice assistants)

What we re looking for

• 3+ years experience building and deploying LLMs
• Strong Python skills and experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning, alignment, and benchmarking
• Experience with distributed training (DDP, FSDP, model/tensor parallelism)
• Cloud + production mindset (Docker, APIs, MLOps a plus)
