Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm upon arrival and departure.
- Identify and greet VIPs, IHG One Rewards members, and repeat guests with personalized attention.
- Offer assistance with directions, transportation, dining reservations, and local recommendations.
- Maintain continuous lobby presence to ensure organization, cleanliness, and a luxurious atmosphere.
- Liaise with Front Office, Concierge, Bell Desk, and Housekeeping to provide seamless guest experiences.
- Anticipate guest needs, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly and tactfully.
- Monitor guest flow and provide support during busy check-in and check-out periods.
- Promote hotel facilities, special offers, and loyalty program memberships.
- Report maintenance or service issues immediately for resolution.
- Uphold the InterContinental brand image through professional grooming, communication, and conduct.

Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or hospitality-related qualification; diploma in hotel management preferred.
1 2 years of experience in guest relations, lobby hosting, or front office within a luxury hotel.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Russian are advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable personality.
Impeccable grooming and a confident, polished presence.
Strong multitasking ability and calm demeanor under pressure.
Passion for service excellence and a natural flair for hospitality.
