AECOM has an opening for a Logistics Operations Center (LOC) Analyst I - MRC Maintenance) in Kuwait.
Performs mission/resource analysis coordinates with supply, maintenance and transportation functional areas and ensures supporting requirements and implied tasks are accomplished to standard and within required timelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Responsible for ensuring the all planning data is compiled and replicated in support of Current Operations.
•Clearly understand and limit the amount of potential Work Load planning Scope Creep.
•Reviews and screens Potential work load for redundancy, necessity, completeness and accuracy.
•Prepare and disseminate all initial mission analysis for all missions/taskers.
Track and analyze mission/project bench mark goals and be able to mitigate issues through working groups, cross functional consultations.
•Responsible for ensuring program logistics resources (maintenance) can adequately support each mission requirement.
•Track and analyze Taskers, operational activities and department metrics.•
Assist with the coordination of multiple mission requirements including WASS Governed Requirements (10/20 Builds, Scheduled SVC s, Unscheduled Maint.) and any Ons Requirements issued by the USG
•Assist with the sustainment program through operational analysis, operational planning, maintenance & readiness reporting.
•Serve as the liaison between all departments to achieve a cohesive end result.
•Performs other related duties as assigned or directed.
•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Associates degree in Logistics or equivalent highly preferred. 2 additional years of experience over minimum required can be substituted for degree.
•US Citizenship is required.
•Able to obtain Secret Security Clearance
•3 years of related civilian or military experience required.
•U.S. Army Logistics MOS preferred.
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
•Must have a comprehensive knowledge of the applicable maintenance and equipment management processes, related regulations.•
Thorough knowledge of analytical techniques and causative research skills to identify areas of needed emphasis to recommend improvements
•Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
•Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Outlook.•
Excellent computer, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required
•Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work and communicate with others effectively
•Must have an intermediate level of proficiency in the use of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Outlook.
•Knowledge of AR 750-1, DA PAM 750-8, Army Maintenance documentation, and other applicable regulations.
•Must possess working knowledge of the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS), various LOGSA Logistics Integrated Warehouse (LIW) applications, and other approved automated property accountability systems.

•Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively.
•Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
•Must be able to work in extreme environmental conditions including dust and high temperatures.
•Must be able to endure long hours, exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
