Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients presenting to the Emergency Room, managing a wide range of acute illnesses and injuries.
  • Perform initial assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests (radiology, labs), and formulate treatment plans for ER patients.
  • Stabilize critically ill or injured patients, initiating life-saving interventions and coordinating transfer to appropriate levels of care.
  • Collaborate effectively with ER nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Holds current, unrestricted medical licensure and board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine or a related specialty.

  • Maintains current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an Emergency Room setting, handling diverse patient cases.

  • Specialist DHA License is required. (Emergency Medicine) Must be inside country on valid UAE residence visa. ER Experience in tertiary level hospital.
