Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the multidisciplinary care team, ensuring seamless communication and efficient workflows within the ICU.

  • Proactively manage critically ill patients, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and interventions to stabilize and improve patient outcomes.

  • Perform complex procedures, including central line placement, intubation, and bronchoscopy, with precision and proficiency.

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive patient assessments and evidence-based medicine.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a medical degree (MD or DNB) and is board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care Medicine/in Anesthesia with additional certification and experience in Critical Care.

  • Holds a valid medical license and is eligible for licensure in the state where the position is located.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and other relevant certifications.

  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience working in an ICU setting, handling a wide range of critical illnesses.

  • Specialist DHA License is required in Critical Care or Anesthesia. (Must be willing to work at Hospitalist level)
