We Invites Dynamic Individuals Seeking Challenging Opportunities Within a Highly Competitive Industry.
Job Description:
• Ensure all delivery administration and documentation recorded and archived.
• Accountable for payment settlement with vendors.
• Monitor (maintain list of) payments to be made to vendors (open, closed, outstanding, etc.).
• Ensure payment made are accurate as per activities done.
• Manage Logistics team purchase requisition and work with CP to issue correct PO to vendor.
• Manage administration of import shipment clearance from ports.
• Work with CP to ensure invoices are paid on-time to vendor.
• Report to Logistics Admin CCA.
• Mainly responsible to ensure proper vendor payment and support Logistics Admin CCA for customs clearance processes.
• Manage general logistics administration, including timesheet collection and administration when required.
• Ensure legacy documents are properly archive in accordance to Shell GRM policy.
• Execute general purchases for logistics team requirement.
Job Requirements :
• Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Experience in customer service will be appreciated
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, supply chain management or relevant field
