Logistic Coordinator - HFZA Salaar Shipping FZC

Coordinate and manage import and export shipments in compliance with UAE Free zone and Customs regulations. Prepare and process all necessary shipping and customs doentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, delivery notes, and customs declarations. Liaise with Freezone authorities, shipping agents, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure smooth clearance and delivery of goods. Handle gate pass applications and ensure timely processing for movement of goods within and outside the Freezone. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or issues with logistics partners. Maintain accurate records of shipping doents, customs clearances, and gate pass logs. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Freezone policies, and company SOPs. Provide regular updates and reports to the Logistics or Operations
