Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all inbound and outbound shipments according to company procedures.
• Coordinate with carriers and clients to ensure timely delivery of all shipments.
• Monitor logistics activities and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Implement cost-effective strategies for shipping and warehousing logistics activities.
• Maintain and update accurate records of logistics transactions and customer interactions.
• Resolve any emerging problems regarding transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports.
• Manage inventory levels and oversee their alignment with delivery and storage plans.
• Conduct periodic reports on logistics performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Support logistics projects by providing technical expertise and logistical solutions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and authorization is obtained for all logistics activities.
• Collaborate with the finance team to prepare and track logistics budgets and financial performances.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination or related field roles of responsibility.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Strong negotiation skills and professional communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of logistics and transportation industry regulations and best practices.
