Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the complete supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate and manage transportation activities, including carrier selection, route optimization, and shipment tracking to meet deadlines.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 5 year of logistics/shipping experience in the UAE.
Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping plans, carrier coordination, and customs formalities.
Experience using Dubai Trade, E-Mirsal, or other logistics portals.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for dealing with shipping agents, clients and internal teams.
Basic negotiation skills to deal with freight forwarders and service providers.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and willing to take ownership of tasks
Ability to monitor documents such as invoices, packing lists, CO and Bills of Lading
Timing : MON-SAT 8:30AM - 2PM 4PM-9PM Sunday : OFF
