Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate all incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Communicate with suppliers, transporters, warehouses, and customers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and check shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.).
  • Track shipments and update relevant teams on delivery status.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff for loading, unloading, and storage of materials.
  • Ensure all shipments follow customs, transport, and company regulations.
  • Work with freight forwarders and transport companies to get the best rates and service.
  • Keep records of shipments, transport costs, and delivery schedules.
  • Support the finance team by checking freight and logistics invoices.
  • Report any issues or delays and help find solutions quickly.
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures during handling and transport.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Confident, adaptable, and able to build strong relationships while working effectively under pressure.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to understand and solve mathematical problems is essential.
  • Willing to work extended hours
  • Fluency in English is essential.
