Roles & Responsibilities



Key Responsibilities :
Plan, coordinate, and monitor all functions related to transportation and vehicle maintenance
Allocate vehicles to sites according to schedule and requirements
Coordinate with HR & Admin for timely renewal of vehicle permits (MULKIYA), insurance, and other documentation
Track vehicle GPS movements to verify locations and overtime hours
Ensure compliance with internal policies and UAE regulations

Requirements :
Bachelor s degree in a relevant field
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
Experience in the UAE is an added advantage
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
